These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Datum operated by NeuralAxis Labs. By using Datum you agree to these Terms.

- Create an account through Clerk
- Provide accurate information
- Comply with all applicable laws
You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share your login credentials with others.
You retain full ownership of the files and content you upload. We do not claim rights to your data.
By using Datum you grant us permission to store, process, and display your files as needed to operate the service. This includes delivering images through ImageKit or similar providers.
You must not upload:

- Malware or harmful code
- Copyright protected content you do not own
- Violent, abusive, or harmful material
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.
Depending on your plan you may be subject to storage limits and usage restrictions. We may apply rate limits or throttling to ensure fair use and maintain service stability.
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- Billing is handled securely by third party providers
- Charges recur unless you cancel
- Fees are non refundable except where required by law
Failure to pay may result in suspension or deletion of your account.
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Interfere with servers, networks, or security features
- Use the service to harass or abuse others
- Reverse engineer or attempt to copy parts of the system
- Automate interactions in a way that harms performance
- Use Datum for unlawful purposes
Violating these rules may result in immediate account termination.
We strive to keep Datum available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

- Perform maintenance
- Discontinue parts of the service

You may delete your account at any time. Files are permanently deleted after a short grace period.

- Loss of data
- Service interruptions
- Unauthorized access caused by factors outside our control
- Indirect or consequential damages
To the fullest extent allowed by law our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months.
You agree to defend and hold harmless NeuralAxis Labs from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
